JumpStart is a series of educational games produced by Knowledge Adventure. Games in the JumpStart series cater to a variety of ages, from infancy through preadolescence. The games combine adventure, puzzles, and problem-solving, and typically feature a printable progress report. In general, JumpStart games designed for younger children tend to include more activities than those for older children.

You are a new player on the Sparks Typing Competition Team in this game. With Coach Qwerty locked in the trophy room, your stand-in coaches are a robot named Botley and the team owner's daughter, Polly. They coach you through lessons, timed tests, free-type sessions, and five Stadium Games: Keyboard Kicks, Roller Racing, Fans Go Wild, Cliff Hangar, and Trail Blazer. Your object is to improve your typing skills and test-taking ability (with individualized goals based on an initial timed typing test) enough to rescue Coach Qwerty.
